How to maintain your wig

Understand all our suggestions to keep your Natural wig Or yours Artificial wig.

Brush your teeth and your wig regularly

Brush your wig with a large wire every night, starting at the tip and all the way to the root. If you fall on the knot, gently untie it with your fingers, or apply hair loss care on it.

Tips: When you don't wear a wig, put it on the wig rack. This will help maintain shape and help brush your teeth.

Don't forget to wash it.

Wigs should be washed about every 10 to 15 times. To do this, dilute a hazelnut shampoo in a warm water basin (or if you don't have a soft shampoo), soak your wig in water and let it run without friction for about 10 minutes (which may damage it). Rinse with cold water and gently wipe with a sponge towel. You can also use shampoo or nourishing cream (choose products specially designed for wigs, suitable for synthetic or natural fibers). Finally, let your wig dry. Do not use a hair dryer, especially if your wig is made of synthetic fiber (which may cause the wig to melt). Shake it and put it back on the wig stand.

Take the right action

Wigs are more fragile than your natural hair, so it's important to protect it. Therefore, avoid bathing with it. When you don't wear it, put it in your wardrobe or box and gently put your hand on the hairdressing product. If your wig is made of synthetic fiber, also pay attention to heat sources (oven, steam, barbecue, etc.), which may cause irreparable damage.
