For certain hygiene reasons, understand that we do not accept the return of used products. A return is considered to be eligible only if the conditions and instructions of the after -sales service are respected. In any case, and at first please contact customer service by e-mail.

Conditions to respect:

1. Hair must be in their original state. A weaving package must be intact. He must not have been unpacked, brushed or even worn. The necklace must be in place. The package must be in its original packaging.
2. Hair should be odorless. The presence of a smell of perfume, a treatment or a shampoo will make the product ineligible to return and/or exchange.
3. After validation of the reason and return conditions with technical support, the return must be made 14 days after receipt of your order.
4. Hair should be placed in a protective package with the order number and your exact contact details. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any loss or deterioration of the package before arriving in our warehouses will be your responsibility.

REFUND
Upon receipt of the return, the reimbursement will be made within 20 working days by the Accounting Service.
- For a bank card settlement, the reimbursement will be credited to the account being connected.
- For a payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited on the original Paypal account of the order.

CANCELATION
